It is not Individuals
Who make us happy or unhappy;
It is not Objects
Those make us happy or unhappy;
It is not Situations
... Those make us happy or unhappy;
It is not the Abode
That makes us happy or unhappy;
It is not Places
Those make us happy or unhappy;
It is not Words or Deeds
That makes us happy or unhappy!
The culprit is our own mind,
Repeatedly entertaining feelings or thoughts,
As per its likes or dislikes,
And make us Happy or Unhappy!
